Stone-Thomas E. of Punta Gorda, Florida formerly of Scituate, MA, died at his residence on April 11, 2011 age 67. He was born on Feb. 5, 1944 in Boston and resided in Scituate until moving to FL 25 years ago. He was a driver for Ambitrans in FL for 17 years before his retirement. Thomas was an avid bowler and loved golf. Survivors include his wife of 35 years; Joan H. Stone of Punta Gorda, FL, his two sons; Mark Stone of Santa Cruz, CA and Gregory (Stacy) Stone of Plymouth, his brother; William (Margaret) Stone of The Village, FL, a sister; Patricia (Dennis) Yeaton of Pembroke, and two step-grandchildren; Chester and Kaitlan Garland. Visiting hours will be held at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate on Saturday, April 16 from 10AM to 12PM followed by a burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Scituate at 12:30PM.
