A gathering will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 from 1-3 p.m. at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel. A private interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the family. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com.
Colleen was born on March 23, 1927 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Roy and Hazel (Parmenter) Kronberg. She went to school in Scottsbluff graduating from Scottsbluff High School. She attended Nursing College in Scottsbluff receiving her degree as a registered nurse.
She married Heber Stone.
Colleen is survived by her sons Tim (Elaine) Acker and Tom Acker; grandchildren Theresa Acker, Christopher Acker, Cameron Acker and Taylor Acker; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brother Stephen (Karen) Kronberg and sisters Mary Jo Ellis, Patricia Clark.
She was preceded in death by her infant son Theodore Acker, parents and husband Heber Stone.
