He was born June 21, 1968, to Helen Garcia and received his early education at Gering Public Schools, Pine Ridge Job Corps and attended Western Nebraska Community College.
He met the love of his life Marcia K. Drapeau in September, 1985, and they were married on July 1, 1991, in Pierre, South Dakota, and made their home in Scottsbluff, NE.
He worked as mechanic at Western Sugar. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling with his wife, spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and camping.
He is survived by his wife; children LaSha Ramirez, Angel Ramirez, Sharla Ramirez, Frank Jr Ramirez, Peh-hi Fernandez, Sunkawakan Eagle Track, Canku Wambli-Oye, Tatanka Eagle Track, Mia Hernandez-Ramirez, Teresa, Nicolas, Jeraliyah, Hazelynn & Rose Ramirez.
He is preceded by his mother Helen Moreno; grandparents John and Rachel Garcia.
