

Jean Ann “Missy” Parks, 40, of Scottsbluff died Monday, December 12, 2005 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff after a short illness. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 15, 2005 at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff. Interment will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2005 at the Greenwood Cemetery in Sidney, NE. Jean was born July 3, 1965 in Sidney, NE to Winifred Schepker and Gene A. Parks. At age six years, she lived at Region I Office of Mental Retardation, Children’s Developmental Home in Sidney, NE. She attended ESU #14 in Sidney for two years. From 1975 to 1976, she resided at a residence in Bayard while attending the Child Development Center in Scottsbluff. In 1977, she lived with her mother until entering Bethphage Mission at Axtell, NE in December of 1980. In 1989 she joined Region I Office of Human Development until the time of her death. She will be sadly missed by, two special people, Judy Hewett of McGrew and Toni McGrath of Gering, her housemates, along with the staff and clients of Area II Office of Human Development. Her memory will live in the hearts of all the people whose lives she has touched. She is survived by her siblings: Janice Erickson of Kimball, NE, Harold Schepker of Scottsbluff, NE, Larry Schepker of Commerce City, CO, John (Sylvia) Schepker of Sidney, NE, Gary Ammerman of Sidney, NE, Sandra (John) Ward of Hot Sulpher Springs, CO, Carol (Walt) Watson of Onalaska, WI, Patricia Kaufman of Boron, CA, Barbara Leighton of Hudson, FL, Jay (Judy) Krueger of Kearney, NE, Lonnie (Mary) Krueger of Scurry, Texas, numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
