Jesuscita 'Susan' Lopez

Jesuscita “Susan” Lopez, 71 was taken to heaven by Jesus Christ and her Angels, July 13th 2012. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel with Pastor Vincent Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at Mitchell City Cemetery. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel. Memorials can be made in care of the family. Susan was born May 31, 1941 in Worland, WY. She was raised by her mother Guadalupe Blas in Casper, WY. Susan told many stories about growing up in Casper with her family. Her aunts and uncles cared for her while her mother worked. Susan married Jesse Joe Lopez and she had three beautiful children to raise. Jesse and Susan remained together for 30 years and remained friends after they parted ways. Susan continued to work and she enjoyed working with the children at the Carpenter Center. She loved working with the elderly and she never considered herself elderly, unless it included a discount. She loved to travel to Casper and Mexico. Susan had many friends she called her children, and her friends called her ‘Tia”. She had many friends she truly loved, you are all in her heart. God bless all of her friends who truly loved her. She is now dancing with her Lord in heaven Susan is survived by her daughter, Guadalupe “Lupe” (Duncan) Baker and their children Anthony, Jessica and Drayton; daughter, Mona Lopez and family Lisa, Katie and Jessie; son, Vincent J. (Janie) Lopez and their children Vincent M., Nicole and Raymond; and 5 great-grandchildren. Susan is preceded in death by many loving family members.
