JOEL F WHITE, 87 of Scottsbluff, Nebraska passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at his home.

His memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Mitchell Berean Church. Inurnment will follow at West Lawn Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. Condolences may be left at www.dugankramer.com. Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Joel was born on June 29, 1931 in Hill City, Kansas to Joel and Eliza (Lemler) White, Sr. He married Maxine Callaway. Joel was employed as a plumber with the Rock Island Railroad and various other establishments. He love to read his Bible.

Survivors include his children Rick, Ken (Marilyn), Randy (Sheryl) and Sandra (Mark) Stott; 13 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife Maxine, daughter Glynis, two infant daughters and his siblings.
