Joslyn was born in Sterling, Colorado on April 23, 2006, to Sterling and Paula Hopkins. She graduated from Bayard High School in 2024.
Joslyn was the most beautiful and kind person to love. She filled up any room with her own special light. Joslyn loved her family and chose to stay in her local community after graduation. Joslyn purchased her own home at age 19 and it definitely has a vibe. She loved plants, cats, hand knitting and baking sour dough bread for her mama and friends. She had a special love for music of all genres including the classics.
Joslyn was an amazing multisport athlete. She participated in basketball, track and volleyball. She was also a member of the FFA. Joslyn worked for the American Legion as a bartender, and she was everyone’s favorite. Joslyn also worked for her dad on their family farm. She loved to spend time with her dad, and she loved to travel with her mom. Joslyn has traveled to places others would only dream about.
Joslyn is the love of her parents’ life. She will be missed forever and never forgotten.
