Margaret R. Hansen, 83 of Scottsbluff, formerly of Gering, died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at Golden Living Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church with Pastor Ray Venghaus officiating. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel. She was born on February 17, 1923 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Benjamin Fredrick Herman Fisher and Bernice Marlow (Valeer) Fisher. She married George Fredrick Hansen on June 28, 1963 in the Calvary Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall. Margaret attended many schools, as their family moved often, completing the 9th grade in Scottsbluff. She worked for the N.Y.A. and later cleaned houses and the P.I. E. offices. She is survived by her grandson Eugene Fisher, great grandson Brandon, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, brother and sister.
