Nancy Joy Ross Neal, 77, of Hobbs, NM, passed away Thursday July 19, 2012. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday July 28, 2012, at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. Saturday July 28, 2012, at Sunset Memorial Park in Scottsbluff, NE. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com Mrs. Neal was born August 25, 1934, to Fred and Polly Ross. She married Alva Leroy (Buck) Neal on April 19, 1951. She was primarily a homemaker for her four children. She was a member of Taylor Memorial Baptist Church of Hobbs. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one sister. Nancy is survived by her daughter Candi Robinson, and husband Don, of Hobbs; her daughter, Cindy Robinson, and husband Ken, of Hobbs; her son Mike Neal, and wife Margaret, of Odessa, TX; her daughter, Sherry Krause, and husband Ronald, of Grant, NE; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
