Peggy L Sheets, age 67, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. She was born April 16, 1956, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to Edwin and Eleanor (Pfaffenroth) Dahmer. She was united in marriage to Marshall Sheets.
