Ted Carter Pritchard

Ted “TC” Pritchard, 47, of Minatare, died Monday, July 25, 2011 at his home. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Demoret officiating. Military honors will be provided by the U.S. Marine Corps. Cremation was held at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory. The Ted Pritchard Memorial Fund has been established to his daughter. Ted was born March 20, 1964 in Edgewater, CO to Coy and Willma (Gilmartin) Pritchard. He received his early education in Colorado and graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1983. He entered the U. S. Marine Corps August 1, 1984 and was honorably discharged June 7, 1988. He returned to Scottsbluff and moved to Minatare in 2001. Ted was a member of the American Legion Post of Gering, GWRRA Association, Leathernecks motorcycle Club and the Patriot Guard. He is survived by his daughter Lakotta Pritchard of the home; mother, Willma Pritchard, Scottsbluff; brother Edward (Andrea) Pritchard, Goodland, KS; sister Rita Mills, Torrington, WY; niece Heather Mills, Torrington, WY; nephews, Morgan Pritchard, Goodland, KS and Jeremy (Stacey) DeMaranville, Puyallup, WA; great nieces Abigail and Samantha Madden, Gering and Adrianna Jo DeMaranville, Puyallup, WA. Ted was preceded in death by his father and niece Mellissa Faye DeMaranville Madden.
