Victoria was born on May 8, 1966 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, to Jacobo “Jack” and Martina (Lozoya) Lopez. She received her early education in Gering, graduating from Gering High School. In her youth, she worked at various local fast food restaurants. She married Walter Heilbrun, and the couple often traveled. They lived in Washington, Texas, and Germany while Walter served in the United States Army.
Tori loved reading, watching movies, and crocheting. While she enjoyed her solitude, she was a loyal, generous, and loving daughter, sister, and friend.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Martina (Lozoya) Lopez of Colorado; her sister, San Juan (Daniel Guerrero); brothers, Emeliano (Pam) Lopez of Colorado and Cirilo (Charlene) Lopez of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jacobo Lopez, and infant sister, Bernadine.
