Funeral services for Wayne Flood Sr, age 75, of Gering, who died January 5th, at Bryan Medical Center, will be held January 15th, at 10AM at ACTS Church, 509 W Overland, Scottsbluff, with Marlin Hunte officiating. Burial will be at the Alliance City Cemetery.

Wayne was born February 10, 1945, in Alliance, NE, to Dennise and Irene (Guerue) Flood, and he received his early education in the Alliance schools, graduating from Alliance High School. He attended Sidney Vo-tech College and graduated in 1975 with a business degree. He married Helen on June 10, 1966 in Alliance, and they made their home in Scottsbluff for 42 years.

Survivors include his wife, Helen, 7 kids, 22 grandkids, 29 great grandkids, and many, many, many extended children.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and 1 daughter.
