William Kelly Beard, 39, of Scottsbluff died Sunday, October 2, 2005 at his home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel with Pastor Michael Clement officiating. Cremation will be held at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory in Scottsbluff. William was born July 23, 1966 in Denver, CO to Donald Keith and Barbara (Senff) Beard. He received his education in Denver and entered the US Army. After his discharge he returned to Denver where he worked for a Navy contractor. He has lived in Scottsbluff since January of this year. He is survived by his mother Barbara Beard; son Donald Keith Beard of Fort Collins, CO and daughter: Billie Jean Beard of Denver, CO. His father and two infant sisters preceded him in death
