

Bob was adopted at the age of 4 by Elmer Lloyd Fisher and Veoma Monroe Fisher. He graduated Slaton High School in Slaton, Texas.
Bob married Jo Nell Graham of Brownfield, Texas on June 26, 1971 and they had two children; daughter, Teresa Jo Fisher Perez and husband Elias Ray Perez of Olton, Texas and son Stanley Lloyd Fisher and wife Brandy Michelle Fisher of Sulphur Springs, Texas.
Later, Bob married Tonja Brewer Hudson of Crandall, Texas on Nov. 17, 2000 and gained another daughter, Tasha Lenee Hudson.
Bob had 8 grandchildren: Stanley Luke (Luckey) Fisher, Miley Claire Fisher, Elijah Graham Perez, Braiden Maddox Fisher, Meleah Dawn Hudson, Bailey Sky Fisher, Abigail Brooke Perez, and River Lee Prather.
Brothers and Sisters, including their spouses & children are: Paul Smith and wife Cindy and daughter Sarah, Diane Ledet and her children and grandchildren, Shane, David, JoJo, Raven, Bryce, Dale Smith and family. Juneva Peters and husband Jeff and their children and grandchildren: Alicia, Zach, Hazel, Beau Henshall, Chelsea, Kyle and Fossy Simmons and Chet Peters.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Dwayne Smith.
Bob’s family through marriage: Mother in law, Lorene Collins and husband Ottis, Sister in law Tanja Walker and her husband Leon, their daughter Crystal and her husband Michael Martin and their son, Cameron Brewer.
GOD called Bob to ministry and he pastored churches in Nacogdoches, Houston, Paducah, Cockrell Hill and Arlington, for 30 years. Following his ministry, he worked at Deloitte Services in reprographics for about 9 years.
Bob has many different hobbies including playing golf, fishing, and riding with his Harley Davidson Riding Club. He enjoyed watching Stan play youth and high school sports and coaching his little league baseball games and umpiring select baseball games even after Stan was grown. He later loved helping coach Meleah’s youth coed baseball team. He was known as the #1 Grandpa of the Kaufman County Cowboys Football & cheerleading association when Meleah cheered. He found joy in music by playing piano and singing all types of music from gospel quartet to country music and he even enjoyed rock & roll and pop. Bob loved carpentry & his son Stan has followed in his footsteps.
His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He spent hours keeping the pool clean & ready for the kids to swim. You knew you were loved if he enjoyed aggravating you and the more aggravated you got, the more he picked.
One of Bob’s proudest moments in life was getting to walk Teresa down the aisle and give her hand in marriage to Elias.
He enjoyed traveling to fun and exciting places with friends and family including a cruise in Alaska, a trip to Mexico with friends and he even traveled to Israel to follow the steps Christ made in Life.
Bob’s life was full of love and laughter. He made lifelong friends very easy and never met a stranger.
He will be missed by all that loved him and the many lives he touched.
