Carl Evans Pool

Carl Evans Pool, of Mesquite, Texas, passed away on August 19th in Dallas, Texas. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father and a follower of Christ to all that knew and loved him. He was born on September 28, 1945 in Dallas, Texas to Bonnie Lee Pool and Anita Faye Evans.

Carl is survived by his daughters Karla Jacobs (husband John) and Kristina Pool, granddaughter Amber Prine, grandson Justin Prine and great granddaughters Krystina and Aubree, and great grandson Avery. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna Pool, his son Jason Pool, grandson Jeremy Prine, his parents and other special family members.

Carl graduated from Crozer Tech High School where he met his wife of over 55 years. Later in life he obtained an associate’s degree in Computer Networking, which lead to a long career as a Network Engineer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling and was an avid motorcyclist. Carl valued his family, friends, and his relationship with God.

The visitation will be held from 4 – 6 o’clock p.m. on Friday, August 22nd at the Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held at 2 o’clock on August 23rd at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens.
