

Chuck was born on December 14, 1951, to Charles and June Mihlan in Cleveland, Ohio. The family moved to Texas when Chuck was just a young boy. He grew up around the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas.
As a young man, Chuck entered the workforce, eventually finding his passion serving his community as a Licensed Plumber. Even after retiring, he went on to work for ten more years part-time at Home Depot in the Plumbing department. He loved his work at Home Depot and his many coworkers and customers who would become close friends. He was proud of his time there.
Chuck was a long time member of the Greater Apostolic Tabernacle in Balch Springs, Tx. Through the church would be how he would come to meet the love of his life, Gloria. The two would marry in that same congregation on May, 24, 1981. He took on his greatest job of all, being a Dad. First to his sons, and then to Gloria's children when they combined their families.
Left to cherish in the memories of Chuckles are his loving wife of 43 years, Gloria Mihlan; Children, Ron Williams, Pamela Nulisch and husband Rick, Billy Wayne Mihlan, Jimmy D Mihlan, Charles Crandel Mihlan and wife Dana; along with 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; his sisters, Kate Mihlan and Tina Miller; many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and his favorite dog Max.
Chuck was preceded in death by his Parents; his Sisters, Charlene, Jackie, and Barbara; his Grandson, Charles Paul Mihlan; and Granddaughter, Amber Nicole Williams.
A visitation for Chuck will be held Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Greater Apostolic Tabernacle, 3601 Peachtree Rd, Balch Springs, TX 75180, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
