Christy Sullivan

Christy Michelle Sullivan, 43, passed away on February 16, 2016 in Irving, TX. She was born on September 29, 1972 to Bradley and Liberty (Martinez) Sullivan in Dallas, TX. Christy was born and raised in Dallas, TX and was a Christian by faith. She was known as being a very kind hearted and joyful soul that loved to play jokes on her family and friends. Christy enjoyed decorating, making jewelry and crafts and was also an avid reader. She also liked to garden and grow flowers and plants and loved all genres of music, especially rock and rhythm and blues. Christy was a mother to a lot of people and was a favorite aunt to many, she was always willing to listen and love. You were always able to feel comfortable around her and willingly sought her out for advice. Her greatest pleasure in life was her family and they will hold her in their hearts forever. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, BreAna Rangel and her husband, Johnny Gonzalez; parents Brad and Libby Sullivan; grandparents: Helen Sullivan and Rolando Martinez; Husband Victor Gonzalez; siblings: Jason Sullivan, Tina Saucedo, Cody Cross and Richard Sullivan; her pet, Princess and her furry grandbabies, Delilah and Bizcuit; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that will miss her dearly. She was a fighter and a lover. And would protect her family with everything in her power. Her children whether by birth or by adoption were fully loved with all her heart She will be missed and loved for the rest of eternity! Her smile, her laugh, her constant need for attention that came naturally when she was around, no one can ever change the love we have for those memories. No matter how she lived when she was alive she tried her best and lived life to the fullest! She was happy. Visitation will be 8:00 – 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Roselawn Funeral Home in Seagoville, followed by the funeral service at 10:00 am.
