Cindy was born May 19th, 1961, in Palestine, Texas to Roy and Jane Ann Different. Cindy spent most of her career as a vet tech. She enjoyed cooking, floating on the river, and spending time with family and friends. Cindy truly had a servant's heart and was always there for anyone who needed her.
Cindy is preceded in death by her husband Jeffery “Boats” Othoudt; son, Trey Skinner; parents; Roy Different and Jane Different; and brother Ronnie Different.
She is survived by her sister, Tracy Proctor; niece, Haley Proctor; nephew; Dylan Proctor; cousins, countless friends who she loved and considered family; and her two cats, Fern and Willow.
The graveside for Cindy will be held May 6, 2023, at 11 AM in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens
