She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Herbert Wright, her parents, and 2 brothers: J.C. McElroy and Leon McElroy of TN.
Those left to cherish her memories are her 3 children: Charles H. Wright, Jr. of Seagoville, TX, Phyllis Lyn Root of Crandall, TX and Marlys Jan Isbell and husband, David of Kaufman, TX; 3 grandchildren: Kyle David Root, Katelyn Nicole Root and Ethan Dale Isbell.
Dot graduated from Petersburg High School in 1954 and later attended Business School in Nashville, TN. She was a member of Riley Church of Christ. She was an avid reader of mystery novels and loved to travel with friends and family. She visited all 50 states and several countries in her lifetime.
Watching college football & basketball on TV was one of her favorite pastimes. Especially for Bowl games & March madness. She was also a serious Dallas Cowboys & Dallas Mavericks fan. She loved watching Westerns on TV as well, especially, Gunsmoke. Lastly, she loved being in the outdoors and fishing all over the country. She will be dearly missed.
