Frances Lee (Valentine) Kirby, 83, passed away on January 26, 2016 in Kaufman, TX. She was born on July 30, 1932 to Claude Valentine and was raised by Mamie McMurray. Frances was a devout Catholic and attended parochial schools growing up in Dallas. She worked as a secretary at a Houston law firm and then returned to Dallas and began working for the Dallas County Tax Office until retiring in 2003. Frances loved her all of her cats and was very involved in cat rescue. Preceding her in death are her parents and beloved husband, Gerald Kirby and her precious pet, her cat Angel.
