Helen was born June 19, 1959 in Jackson, MS to Jesse Crain II and Sarah Crain. She passed away December 22, 2020 in Dallas, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jesse Crain III.
Those left to cherish her memories are her daughters: Melissa Taylor and Karman Asberry (Eric Asberry); 10 grandchildren: Chazidi Taylor, Breanna & Teanna Taylor, Chaz Taylor, Jazzmin Taylor, Donavan Asberry, Damien Asberry, Ericka Asberry, Amaya Asberry and David Asberry. Siblings: Josie Wheeler (Harold) of Belton, TX, Joseph Crain (Debbie) of Garland, TX, Mae Francis Tripp of Forney, TX, and DyeAnn Brumfield (Donald) of Sachse, TX.
Helen attended college at Hinds Community College in Jackson, MS and worked as a cook for Red Lobster over 30 years. She was a member of Lily of the Valley. She was also as certified trainer. Helen loved going to church, singing with her family. Most of all she loved being a grandmother to all of her 10 grandchildren and will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
