J. Hilario Arellano Veloz

J. Hilario Arellano Veloz, 53, passed away on January 27, 2017. He was born on May 5, 1963 to Lorenzo and Maria (Veloz) Arellano. Hilario was raised in Mexico but moved his family to California for 12 years before making their home in Texas for the last 19 years. He will be remembered for being a very happy and caring man. Hilario was an extremely hard worker and was always the life of the party, the best dancer and loved all kinds of music. He strived to be a good son and always had his parents in his mind. Hilario felt that his greatest accomplishment was his beautiful family and he worked hard at being the best Dad and Papa ever. Preceding him in death are his father Lorenzo Arellano; brother Francisco Arellano and sister Sofia Arellano. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of almost 35 years Maria Arellano; children Rosa Arellano and husband, Primitivo Martinez, Juan Carlos Arellano and wife, Rubi, Fabiola Arellano and fiancé Michael Green, Blanca Arellano and husband Marcos Garcia; grandchildren: Jaquilyn Martinez, Andrew Martinez, Hilary Martinez, Victor Martinez, Abraham Martinez, Ethan Garcia and Juan Carlos Arellano, Jr.; mother Socorro Arellano; siblings: Esteban Arellano, Fedrico Arellano, Socorro Arellano, twin sister Rosario Arellano, Tomasa Arellano, Griselda Arellano, Irene Arellano and Miguel Arellano; mother-in-law Edelmira Frayre; brothers-in-law Martin De Leon and Alonso De Leon and many other family members and friends that will miss him dearly. Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Roselawn Funeral Home in Seagoville, TX. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Roselawn, followed by interment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens where he will be laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer.
