Jack Forman Born December 31, 1931 in Paris, Texas and passed away November 30, 2014 in Rockwall, Texas at the age of 82. Preceded in death by his son Stephen Forman, brothers Sonny Forman and Billy Forman and sisters Ruby McClure and Doris Hines. Survived by his wife of 64 years Velda Forman, daughter Colleen Spurlock, 4 grandchildren Brant Bennett and wife Kerri, Kristy Bennett, Kimberly McKissick and husband Duncan and Zack Forman, 6 great grandchildren Rayleigh, Noah, Maddie, Fury, Braydon and Lotus, sister Vi Whitney and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends from 12-2 PM on Wednesday December 3, 2014 at Roselawn Funeral Home in Seagoville, Texas. Funeral Services will begin at 2 PM Wednesday December 3, 2014 in the Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Alcorn officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Memories where he will be laid to rest beside his son Stephen.
