Although I only knew you for a little over 4 years, I was grateful for the times that I got to see you and spend time with you.  I remember once when Lori and I had to take you to the Dr after a fall you had, you still had your amazing sense of humor  Still cracking jokes and flirting with the Dr.  You always made me smile.  I remember how you would light up when we would come over to see you.  You always had a funny story for us.  You will be missed.  I'm glad that you are free of pain and disease.  I bet you are sitting on a huge wrap around porch enjoying Heaven's views!  Thank you for entrusting your beautiful daughter to me.  I promise to take good care of her.  We miss you every day.

I regret not telling you how honored I was to have spent your last Mother's Day with you. I regret not telling you it was my honor and privilege to be by your side in those final hours. I regret not telling you how much I loved you. 
To ease the pain of those regrets, I know you would tell me there is no need for regret. You would tell me you knew my heart and I did not need to tell you. That is the kind of mom you were - you knew and understood the hearts of those you loved.

To my Aunt Jeanette, I am SO happy you are no longer in pain and that you are at home now with our Father and Jesus in your mansion of gold He created in Heaven just for you.  In your physical form while you were here, you were extraordinary, beautiful, smart, strong, funny, talented, sassy, witty, caring, loving, compassionate, and all the other adjectives one uses to describe a person one loves. I know that's also how you are now as an angel in Heaven. Thank you so much for being my aunt, for loving me as your second daughter, for spending time with me whether we went out or just hung out at your apartment, and for always being there for me. I will always love and admire you for the woman you were and am SO grateful for the time God gave us to be together on this earth.  I miss you and will continue to miss you but I take comfort in the fact that this separation is only temporary and at some point I will be called home to you, Mom, Ma-Ma, and the host of other loved ones that have preceded me.  Until that time, I love you....I miss you...See you soon, Boo.....

I will always feel the love that you sharedyour light shines so bright in my eyes, thank you for always extending your heart to me. Even though my mom was gone, your wings hovered over me, and I always felt that secure warmth that only comes from a mom. You will never know how much I appreciated the few times that I got to take advantage of dreaming that you were my mom too. My last hug I gave you, I could feel what I felt, on the last hug I gave my mom. I will remember you always and I love you.

I miss my dear friend every day.  We were best friends for 50 years.  She had the best sense of humor and loved to laugh!  Her devotion and loyalty to her family was admired by us all.  Her face would just light up when she talked about Lori and her Grandchildren.  Thank you for your never ending friendship, dear friend.  With much love.  Miss You!

Jeanette was a dear friend of mine for about 25 years.  She was like a 2nd mother to me. She, her daughter,Lori, & the kids are like my very own family.

I met Jeannette in 1982 when we worked for Duro Metal now Legget&Platt. One of my fondest memory there was when she nicknamed me Horatio Hornblower due to my allergies and constant nose blowing.
I went with Jeannette to a lot of her doctors appointments and I will miss doing that with her. Yes, I said miss that. Jeannette would tell people that her black phone book was FULL of men's names. Then laugh and tell them that DR.was in front of the names.
She was so joyful and happy to be around.  I will miss our visits full of talks about our grandkids, our pets and of her faith.
Jeannette was a very beautiful lady inside and out.
I am so happy she's at home and healthy with all her loved ones now, all pain is gone. Her reward is now in sight.

Boo was a very special loving person. I loved how she always had a smile and a hug for me. I know that she is in a much more glorious place with Our Lord and Saviour watching over Lori, Blake and Nichole. She is no longer in pain and free of suffering. We love you Boo and miss you dearly. There are many women that become Mothers in this world, but not all of them know how to be a Mom.  I can honestly say my Mother was (and will always be) my Mom. My Mom was a very funny woman who loved to be silly and crazy and enjoyed making everyone around her laugh.  My Mom had a great sense of style and never let anyone ever see her without her  hair fixed and her make-up on. I remember as a little girl sitting next to her watching her put her make-up on every day and then practicing on myself.  My Mom taught me how to be a strong and independent woman and to always have faith in God no matter what I may be going through in life.  I have gone through some tough times in my life but I always knew my Mom was right there ready to give me advice or help me in any way if I needed it.  It was always a great comfort to me.  Mom, now that your in Heaven,   I still feel your presence  in the decisions I make and in the way I live my life because of the example you set for me. So Mom, thank you for the woman I have become. I hope I will be strong enough to live the rest of my life being at least half the Mom you were to me. You are so dearly missed and in my every thought and I know you will be there to great me someday when I enter the beautiful gates of Heaven. I love and miss you so much but I know you will always watch over and protect me.

boo is one of my biggest inspirations in life, she was such a beautiful person inside and out.  My whole life she always talked about wanting to see the lord and be in heaven. Now she is so so so happy. And she finally can watch over us and send us signs when we need to hear from her most. When I'd go to her apartment to spend the night we'd stay up almost until 1 or 2 sitting on her patio & enjoying the fresh air. That's how I want to remember my boo. Happy & healthy. She lived an amazing life of 79 years, with many adventures and memories. I have some amazing stories from boo to pass on to my kids and so on. Towards the end, Her body was tired & the lord saw it was her time to move into a beautiful mansion with a huge wrap around patio and beautiful flowers (she always said when she won the lottery she'd build her a house just like that ) now she has it up in heaven.  She's smiling down at all of us. The morning my dad passed away, that was one of her last days , she sat there and was so strong for all of us. She held me and rubbed my face and back to comfort me. She was so strong. It was always a joy to see her ever time i did. We were really close and I'm glad that i can say that cause there's nothing like a grandmas love. She loved all of us so much. And so did we, i love my boo so very much. She's my guardian angel , along with my father. I know I'll see her sometime soon & I cannot wait to see her again. I love you so much boo. You mean the world to me , thank you for always being there for us. It's not a goodbye it's a see you later. I'll see you soon boo we love and miss you all. I could share so much more but I think I'd take up all the pages haha.

There is no one like Jeannette.  Best sense of humor, quickest sharpest wit of anyone I have ever known.  No one has brought as much fun and laughter into my life as she has.  Jeanette was adventurous and game for anything and we could get in more trouble when we got together.  I admire Jeannette for her love of Jesus Christ and her deep and unwavering faith.  We would have long conversations about God, the universe, and what Heaven was going to be like when we got there.  She loved God's word and studied her Bible daily and I would marvel at her ability to quote scriptures on the spot when I needed a word of encouragement.  I know she is more alive today as she was when her earthbound journey ended, free from pain and a failing body.  I believe she eagerly awaits the arrival of each and everyone of us.  Jeannette entered Heaven five days before my Mother passed through those gates and I have no doubt that Jeannette was there and very much a part of the welcoming committee.  Lori your mother told me many times throughout the years you were her "voice of reason" and you brought great comfort to her.  She loved you very much and said so often.  You are a great blessing to Nichole and Blake and I am so glad they have you. I know you and your family have suffered great loss in the span of just a few short weeks...there are not enough words to express...just know that you and your family are in my prayers always ...May God bless each of you with peace, comfort, healing, joy and great happiness.
