He is preceded in death by mother, Sylvia Ann Watts and father, Lester Eugene Lewis and by brother, Jerry Lee Lewis.
He is survived by sons, Steven Lewis, Jerry Herron, daughter, Christy Lewis, brothers, Jimmy Lewis and Gary Lewis, 6 grandchildren: Devin, Mariah, Anthony, Saydie, Stevie and Nate, and by many nieces and nephews.
He was a passionate Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved his family with all his heart and friends.
Jeff will always be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor and the ability to make everyone laugh.
Jeff will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
