He was the son of Robert Chambers and Ellie Irene Fleming.
Jerry was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed shooting guns and, most of all, spending time with his family, who meant everything to him.
He is survived by his children, Savannah Chambers, Jesse Chambers, and Leah Brewer (and stepson Dylan); his grandchildren, Brailee Winston, Harlee Chambers, Hailee Chambers, Kaiden Chambers, Colby Robinson, and Shyllo Brewer; his siblings, Vera Chambers, Rachel Ortiz, Fayrene Franklin, and Elma Chambers; and extended family including Tracy Chambers, Kallan Barber, TY Brewer, Venus and Rickey Castor, Patty McEntyre, Tieya Conrad, and Jason Castor.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Chambers, and his brother, William Chambers.
As written by Ama H. Vanniarachchy, “A father’s tears and fears are unseen, his love is unexpressed, but his care and protection remain as a pillar of strength throughout our lives.”
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7-8
Jerry will be remembered for his steady presence and the love he had for his family.
