John Paul Westbrook of Malakoff TX passed away on August 23, 2015. He was born in Dallas TX on March 3, 1963 to R L and Peggy Westbrook and was the youngest of five children. John was a resident of Dallas TX for most of his life. He was a contract truck driver for Fed Ex for the last several years and was a die hard Cowboys fan. John always looked forward to the beginning of football season every year. Preceding him in death are his parents, R L Westbrook and Peggy Mays. Those left to cherish his memory are his sons John and Josh Westbrook; his siblings Brenda, Mark, Matt and Luke; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service to celebrate John’s life will be held Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 10:00 am at Roselawn Funeral Home.
