

Kathy Lynn Watson-Noyes of Winnsboro, TX, was called to her heavenly home on January 21, 2025, at the age of 66. She was born on July 12, 1958, in Kaufman, TX, to James Delbert Watson and Mary Elizabeth Roberts.
Kathy cherished time spent with her family, and when she could, she loved to fish. She enjoyed watching her favorite shows, including Yellowstone, Swamp People, and The Price Is Right, especially with her husband, Terry. Kathy had a passion for shopping, particularly for shoes, and was a true fan of true crime, often spending hours immersed in documentaries. She was also known for her love of playing Candy Crush and took great care in painting her nails in various vibrant colors.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, James Delbert and Mary Elizabeth Watson; her in-laws, Ralph and Shirley Noyes; her daughter, Latitia "Tisha" Vance; and her sons-in-law, Kevin Vance and Danny "DJ" Ingram.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 42 years, Terry Noyes; daughters Tara Ingram and partner Anthony, Kristi Sullins and fiancé Sean, and Karen Page and husband Ray; grandchildren Preston Sullins and wife Brittney, Andrew Page, Havan Mennel and husband Robbie, Parker Sullins, Klayton Vance and fiancée Jocelyn, Alexis Bishop and husband Eric, Tana Johnson and fiancé Jonathan, Aubrey Sullins, Allie Vance, and Colby Ingram; as well as seven great-grandchildren, with one on the way. Kathy is also survived by her brothers, Ricky Watson and Randy Watson; her sisters, Debbie Sandlin and husband Gary, and Diann Kitchens; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and many dear friends and relatives.
Kathy will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
