She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Rosa Liebel, brothers Ricky Liebel and John Liebel and her son, Jeremy Scott.
She is survived by her children Michael Scott of Mabank TX and Karen Bisso of Forney TX. Grandchildren: Tyler Bisso, Anecya Brown, Jeremy Scott Jr. Siblings: Linda Maxson of Garland TX, Sharon Dickerson of Arlington TX, Sandra Butler of Wylie TX, Eugenia Preston of Wills Point and Debra Liebel Puryear of Crandall TX, and by numerous nieces and nephews she adored.
Kathy would help anyone that needed even if it meant she was without, she never met a stranger and would talk to anyone, she left a big impression on everyone without knowing it, she loved her dog, Mimi and spoiled her any chance she had, Kathy also Loved Karaoke and dancing and visiting her friends for breakfast at Whataburger.
She will be dearly missed.
