Kenneth Hugh Guthrie

Kenneth Hugh Guthrie, age 52, of Scurry, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Kenneth was born August 15, 1969. Kenneth is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Left with cherished memories is his loving and devoted wife of 8 years, Donna; his daughters Abbygale and Katlyn; his parents, Edward and Linda Guthrie; brother Edward Guthrie and wife Amanda; brother Galen Guthrie and wife Misty; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family loved ones and beloved friends. Kenneth was fiercely devoted to his family and friends. He loved them all very much. He was very skilled at fixing anything that was broken or not working correctly. Although Kenneth was stubborn and hard headed, he was also very tender hearted, He loved animals and cared for them as much as he cared for his family. Kenneth enjoyed fishing, camping and being a Girl Scout Dad. He was loved dearly by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed. A visitation for Kenneth will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. A funeral service will occur Friday, January 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Roselawn Funeral Home.
