Mary Lena McPherson

She was a loving wife to Joe McPherson, mother to 4 amazing children, and grandmother to many sweet grandbabies. Mary Graduated from Garland High School and went on to work as a file clerk in the Insurance Industry. She loved tending to her beautiful plants and playing with her dog and seeing her grandchildren and spending time with them.

Mary is survived by her son Ronald French; her daughter Sandra Merrick (Alexander Merrick Sr.); her daughter Brenda Whitley (Robert Whitley); and her son David French (Donna French); her brother James Watson, her sister Frances Watson, her brother Charles Watson and her brother Larry Watson (Judy Watson).

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Joe McPherson; her father Leonard Watson and her mother Mary Mann Watson; her grandson Joseph Merrick.

Mary is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and loving friends.

Serving as pallbearers are Alexander Merrick Jr, Nicholas Merrick Sr., Michael Merrick, William Merrick Sr, Dustin Whitley, Christopher French Sr., Tyler Tabbert, Justin French , Michael Merrick, Nicholas Merrick Jr. and Christopher French Jr..
