Norma Carnley Travis age 72 of Seagoville, Texas went to be with the Lord July 27, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. She was born March 2, 1944 in Diboll, Texas to Harvey Curtis & R. Hazel (McMains) Carnley. Norma graduated from Seagoville High School in 1961. She married her loving husband David Travis, July 3, 1961 at First Baptist Church of Seagoville. Norma worked in radio as a Traffic Administrator in Sport Broadcasting. She enjoyed collecting coins and stamps, researching genealogy and most of all spending time with her family. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, brother John Carnley, two sisters Faye Glover and Chris French. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 55 years David B. Travis, Sr.; daughter Julie Wattigney; son David B. Travis, Jr. & wife Laura; six grandchildren, Kayla Northcutt & husband Justin, Bonni Mace & husband Marc, Robyn Malone& husband Andrew, Monica LeBeau & husband Dylan, Caroline Travis and Travis Wattigney; three brothers Dale Carnley, Lee Carnley and Milton Carnley and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
