Pamela Kay Wilson

Pamela Kay Koerth Wilson, resident of Seagoville, Texas, was born on March 2nd, 1966, at Youens Hospital in Weimar, Texas to Dellie Jo Pustejovsky Willingham & Eugene E. Koerth. She passed away on July 21st, 2026, at the age of 60, surrounded by her beautiful family.

She had a brother, Jimmy Koerth, who was three years younger than her, and she loved him so much and tormented him just about every chance she would get. They pulled so many pranks and jokes on each other throughout their childhood lives and even into adulthood, but no matter what they had an amazing brother and sister bond, and they always had each other’s backs.

Pam attended school in Fritch, Texas. She loved going to school and seeing her friends and classmates. Her favorite activities were hanging out with her best friends, swimming, fishing, camping at Lake Merideth and sunbathing any chance they could get. Pam was also a brownie in Girl Scouts in her childhood days, and she absolutely loved the sport of softball. She started out in little league and continued to play multiple roles and positions throughout her softball career up into her early twenties playing co-ed softball. Her favorite positions were second base and center field.

Pam met the love of her life, Rocky Wilson, and they married on November 19th, 1983. They had two children: a son, Trent and a daughter, Kassie. Pam was definitely a dedicated mother; a stay-at-home mom who also loved babysitting the neighborhood kids. When Trent and Kassie started school, Pam then went to work as a Teacher’s Aide at Ferris Intermediate where she played multiple roles, starting out as a PE teacher, followed by Special Education, Computer Lab, and finally becoming the Art teacher in her later years before retirement. She was also known as everyone’s second mom and touched many lives throughout her career. She would then go onto retirement in May of 2019 due to medical problems. She loved working with all the students and teachers, and she was beloved by all. They would always tell her she was the World’s Best!

Trent and Veronica blessed Pam and Rocky with Granddaughter Kambree Wilson in November 2007, and Grandson Trendon Wilson in November 2010. Two years later, Kassie and Greg blessed them with Granddaughter Bry’Leigh in May 2012 and step-grandson Anthony Magee. Pam and Rocky’s life changed forever when they were blessed with these four precious grandchildren: they became Maw Maw and Pop! Pam called them her "heart beats"! These grandchildren became the center of their lives and they would travel all over the country to show their endless love and support. No matter if it was three different locations in one day and no matter how far away, they made sure to make it happen and that’s one thing these kids will never forget.

Pam is survived by her loving husband, Rocky Wilson; her son, Trent Wilson and daughter-in-law Veronica; her daughter Kassie Magee and son-in-law Greg; her mother, Dellie Jo Willingham and stepfather Butch; her brother, Jimmy Koerth and his wife, Tammy; her stepsister, Julie Cobleigh and her husband Jeff. She also leaves behind her four beloved grandchildren: Kambree, Trendon, Bry’Leigh and Anthony; her nephews: Ryan Koerth and his wife Kayla, James Koerth his wife Kelsie, and Keegan Cobleigh; her great-nephews Fisher Koerth, Tripp Moeller and Colt Koerth; her nieces: Christie Koerth and Caitlin Cobleigh; as well as numerous extended family members including aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Eugene E. Koerth; her stepsister, Amy Middleton; her grandparents, Orin and Dellie Pustejovsky, and Evin and Pauline Koerth; as well as numerous extended family members, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.

As we all know, Pam was definitely one of a kind. She was a mother to all, and she never met a stranger. She loved her family with all her heart. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her, that’s for sure. Her smile and laugh would light up a room. With the impact she has made here on Earth, we can only imagine the impact she is making up there in Heaven.

You will forever be in our hearts, while our world will feel incomplete without you, we are grateful you are finally at peace. Your beautiful wings were ready, but our hearts certainly were not. Thank you for loving us so unconditionally. Fly high, our sweet angel! We love you so much XOXOXO
