Robert answered the call to serve our country when he was 18 years old. Robert joined the Marine Corps and was a combat veteran in Vietnam from 1967, and was later honorably discharged in 1971. His decorative service awarded him the Rifle Sharpshooter Badge M-14, the National Defense Service Medal, the Viet Nam Campaign Medal, the Viet Nam Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and the Presidential Unit Citation.
Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, and especially watching British mysteries on TV. Robert is survived by his three children, Rob Moore, Tony Moore, Drake Moore; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Ian, Serenity, Brenna and Brett Moore.
