Mr. Roger William Moore

Roger William Moore (60) of Seagoville, Texas went home to the Lord on January 8, 2016. He was born in Dallas, Texas on July 26, 1955 to Alfred and Ruthie Louise (Stockwell) Moore. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Ricky “Tiger” Moore; brother Rodney Moore and nephew Anthony Moore. Left with fond memories to hold and cherish are his daughter Renea Moore, son Ryan Moore & wife Kim, grandson Kristian Cecil, nephew Daniel Moore, mother of his children Rita Barber, brother Randall Moore and many nieces, nephews and other family loved ones. Roger was raised in Seagoville and graduated from Seagoville High in 1973; the second year of Seagoville High being part of DISD. He was in the car business for over 45 years. Roger enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with family and friends. He had been a deacon in the church and was a Master Mason and lodge member at Metropolitan Masonic Lodge and Worshipful Master of R.C. Buckner Masonic Lodge. Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Heartland Hall 6622 FM 741, Heartland, Tx. 75126. Life Celebration will 1:00pm Thursday, January 14, 2016 at R.C. Buckner Masonic Lodge, 4912 S. Buckner Blvd. Dallas, Texas 75227 In lieu of flowers Roger’s family requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the scholarship fund at R.C Buckner Masonic Lodge.
