Those left to cherish his memories are his children: son R.V. Baugus Jr and wife, Charlotte; daughter Roxanne Hitzfeld and husband, Wesly and son Rocky Baugus; grandchildren: John Hitzfeld, Annagayle Cullefer, Marshall Baugus and Audrey Blankensoop, Brent Cariker, Charla Walker, Michael Crowley and Michelle Dedie; great grandchildren: Lane, Carly, Ty, Clayton, Dillion, Teigan and Zane; siblings: Willie Baugus, Sheila Irvin and Shirley McKenzie and numerous nieces and nephews.
R.V. is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Marguerite Ann Baugus; his parents; daughter, Starlene and a son, Rex.
R.V. truly never met a stranger. He welcomed everyone and made everyone feel like his children. He had a great sense of humor and simply loved life.
He was a skilled craftsman who could build anything from scratch. His work ethic was second to none. Above all he treasured the times spent with his family. He will be dearly missed and loved by all who knew him.
