She confessed Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of Lily of the Valley Refuge COGIC until her death. She was a loving, caring, supportive and dedicated mother to her children. She was active, loyal, committed and regular supporter of her church.
Sarah departed this life in her sleep on Saturday, May 26, 2018 in her home, Rowlett, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Jesse Crain Jr., 4 brothers; James Harris, Orame G Harris, L.C. Harris and Jake Henry Harris, 1 sister; Mary Simmons, 1 son; Jesse Crain, III and 2 grandchildren; Harold G Wheeler II and Bernard Tripp, Jr.
She leaves to mourn: her daughter Josie Wheeler (Harold), Joseph Crain (Debbie), Francis Tripp, Dye Ann Brumfield (Donald) and her youngest Helen Shelby, all in Texas; 12 grandchildren, 30 great- grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
