

Sharon Hale, 60, passed away on May 29, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family after a long and courageous battle that she never stopped fighting. She was born on September 15, 1965, in Amarillo , Texas, to Lalinda Walker and Darrell Coleman.
Sharon and the love of her life, John Allen Hale, were married December 17, 1982. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and faith. They raised three children of their own and opened their hearts and home to many others over the years, loving them as family. Sharon never met a stranger. She had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, loved, and accepted. If someone needed a helping hand, a place to stay, a warm meal, or simply someone to listen, Sharon was always there.
Sharon was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She loved cheering on her children and grandchildren at every sporting event, school activity, and milestone. Whether she was in the stands supporting them or stepping in to help coach, she was always their biggest fan.
Family gatherings were among Sharon's favorite things. She loved having everyone together, filling her home with laughter, stories, and memories. She treasured every moment spent with her family and friends and found happiness in bringing people together.
When she wasn't spending time with those she loved, Sharon enjoyed relaxing at the lake, shopping-thrifting, going on lunch dates, spending evenings dancing with her friends and enjoying life's simple moments . Her joyful spirit, infectious smile, and love for life made every gathering brighter.
She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, John Allen Hale; her children, Brandy Hale, John Hale and daughter-in-law Amanda Hale, Joseph Hale, Chasity Luker, and J.J. Hale; her cherished grandchildren, John Hale Jr., Madison Hale, Kayley Macedo, Collin Hale, Preston Hale, Zander Thomas, Zayden Thomas, Dakota Hale, and Melody White, her mother Lalinda Walker and father Darrell Coleman, brother Bobby Cunningham and sister in law Tammy Holley, niece Amanda Cunningham, nephew Bobby Cunningham and her best friend Terry Wilkes.
She was preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter, Katelyn Blackwell; her grandmother, Betty Griggs; her father-in-law, John Hale; and her mother-in-law, Nilene Hale.
Sharon will be remembered for her strength, determination, selfless heart, and unwavering love for her family. She fought every challenge with courage and never gave up, no matter how difficult the battle became. Her kindness, guidance, and love touched countless lives and will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that her pain has ended and that she is at peace. Her legacy of love, strength, generosity, and family will never be forgotten. The countless lives she touched and the love she gave so freely will continue to live on through all who were blessed to know her.
