Terri Nabors Born March 3, 1967 in Kankekee, Illinois and passed away November 20, 2014 in Mesquite, Texas at the age of 47. Preceded in death by her father Frank Higgins. Survived by 2 sons Justin Stout and Garrett Shipley, 1 grandson Dawson Stout, mother Gloria Higgins, brother John Higgins, sister Kim Hallmark, 3 nephews Dakota Hallmark, Tyler Hallmark and Colton Woods. Memorial Services for Terri will be 10 AM Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Roselawn Memorial Chapel.
