She married Phil Allen Sept 23, 1995, lived in Spokane, Washington & moved back to Pacific Grove, California in 2000 where she lived happily until May 24, 2026.
EVERYONE loved Cece. She had the best sense of humor & could actively participate in ANY conversation or task, while having a great time! She was giving of her time & love to adults, children & animals. She was always there when someone needed a friend, being completely present & giving her undivided attention & humble wisdom.
She was a Love!💜
She was a cocktail waitress, animal lover, magician’s assistant in Vietnam, gardener, model, mustard maker, Coca~Cola test taster, traveler, art, clothes & antique collector & loved tie-dye, Tweety Bird & decorating extravagantly for every Holiday!
She was always up for any adventure!
She will be missed dearly.
