Mark was born on September 13, 1968 in Monterey, California, and spent most of his life in Seaside, a place he always considered home. Around 2015, he moved to Oahu, Hawaii, where he resided until his passing. Though he made a life in Hawaii, Seaside remained close to his heart, and he had recently begun making plans to return home to be with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Navarro, his twin brother, Eric D. Navarro and his brother, Christopher J. Navarro.
Mark is survived by his Mother Edna Sanchez; his sons, Mark E. Navarro and Rodney E. Navarro; his step children Oscar, Shalina, Jenna, Jenessa, Kasia, and Kirsten; his siblings, Kimberly Del Rosario, Eddy Joe Navarro, Abrena Ganaden, and Thomas Sanchez; and all of his cherished grandchildren.
His memory will forever remain in the hearts of all of his family and friends who knew and loved him.
Mark was known for his quick wit, natural charisma, and ability to make anyone smile or laugh. He had a larger-than-life kind of presence. A protector who never hesitated to stand up for his loved ones. He worked hard, hustled tirelessly, and did what he could to provide and support his family.
Most of all, Mark leaves behind a legacy rooted in love, strength, and faith. He lived with a heart that reflected Jesus, and the impact of his life will continue to be felt through the many people he cared for and inspired. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit remains in our hearts and will always be a reminder of God’s great love and the bond of family that can never be broken.
Surely the righteous will never be shaken; they will be remembered forever. Psalm 112:6
