Aaron grew up in Bothell, Washington, where he attended Bothell High School. He was curious, intelligent, friendly, and athletic. He excelled in both swimming and tennis and played for the HS team. He carried himself with quiet confidence and respect for others. He was well liked by all and loved deeply by his family. People enjoyed being around him because of his easy manner and sharp sense of humor. His laugh was infectious causing those around him to feel his joy.
One of his unique attributes was his sense of direction. You could drop him in the middle of any large city and within a short amount of time he would be able to navigate himself around. By bus or rail, it would be a short time before he would know all the bus and rail routes and schedules.
Aaron had a sharp and curious mind, especially when it came to technology. Aaron worked in the cellular industry for a period of time, where he contributed by writing technical documentation that helped people better understand and use their devices. He loved helping others, and he had a unique ability to make complex things simple and did it with patience and clarity.
Above all, Aaron was a loving son and a great big brother. He was known for his gentle nature, his kindness, and his deep appreciation for others. No matter the challenges he faced, Aaron remained consistently polite, agreeable, and grateful for even the smallest acts of kindness. That gratitude and warmth left a lasting impression on those around him.
He was a unique, one-of-a-kind human and authentic to his core. He had demons he wrestled with for many years, but now they're gone and he can at long last have peace and love surrounding him eternally. Until we are together once again, our thoughts will be with you. And they will be thoughts and memories bringing smiles and a joyous heart.
He is survived by his parents, Roger and Jacqueline, his brother Jason, his nephew Kai – who brought him great joy - and extended family who will carry his memory forward.
Aaron will be remembered for his kindness, his intelligence, and the quiet strength he showed throughout his life.
He will be deeply missed.
