Alice Lewis, 94, passed away September 6th, 2015 in Seattle, Washington. She was born in Seattle, on August 23rd, 1921 to Peter and Hilder Petersen. She enjoyed a career with the Public Health Department. Alice is preceded in death by her husband Ellsworth, and will forever be remembered by those she leaves behind including her son Gary and his wife Theresa, granddaughter Stacey (Tom) and many other friends and relatives.
