

Anna May (93) was born in Seattle WA, where she was adopted by Ryk and Anna Spoor shortly after birth. She lived her whole life in the Wedgwood neighborhood.
On a blind date she met the love of her life, our father. They married in 1949. She was a proud home maker, raised 3 sons before enjoying retired life traveling the world, both in their RV and on cruises.
The family built a summer cabin on Lummi Bay where she enjoyed many quiet sunsets by the fire. She loved elephants with a collector passion. Chris and Darrel even got her to ride on one at the Puyallup fair. She was scared the whole time. She was also life time member of Wedgwood Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, her husband Donald, son Chris and daughter in law Debbie. She is survived by sons Neal & Darrel and grandchild, Robin.
Services will be held on March 2, 2024 at Evergreen Washelli; starting at 1 pm at Graveside and then Memorial and coffee hour; Evergreen Washelli, 11111 Aurora Ave N Seattle WA.
