
Arline Brown, 85, passed away October 10, 2001 in Reno, Nevada. Arline was born December 28, 1915 in Glendale, CA and moved to Bothell, WA in 1989. For over 45 years she was the beloved wife of Wm. Robert Brown, who passed away in 1999.
Arline worked as a makeup artist in Hollywood, and was a top administrative assistant for Thriftimart Corp. in Los Angeles for many years. She loved to read, shop, sew, needlepoint, cook and travel.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Warriner. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Terry Woods and grandchildren Annie and Sam Woods of Reno, NV; stepson Robert Nelson and his wife, Barbara and grandson Christopher Nelson of Pelham Manor, NY; stepson Richard Nelson of Ferndale, NY; nephew Tom Warriner and wife Cathy of Marysville, WA; nephew Terry Warriner and wife Freida of San Diego, CA; niece Kathy Cairns and husband Larry, and brother-in-law, James Warriner, all of Sacramento, CA; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.
Arline was a very sweet, caring and loving person, who will be missed by all who knew her.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Wednesday, October 17, 2001 at 12:00 noon at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Avenue North, Seattle, WA.
