

Arthur lived a life defined by independence, intellect, and quiet reflection. He loved photography, music, live theatre, and dining out at his favourite restaurants. Arthur enjoyed travelling – especially when it meant visiting family or discovering new places of historical and scenic interest. With a camera in hand and curiosity as his compass, he found joy in learning, exploring, and capturing the world around him.
Arthur was born on August 26th, 1942, in Montreal to Teresa and Michael Caputo. He grew up in the Notre Dame de Grace (NDG) district of Montreal. Family and friends have fond memories of times together growing up. He attended Montreal Highschool and Sir George Williams College. After graduation, he accepted a position working for Boeing, an aerospace company in Seattle. Arthur was very proud of working for Boeing which reflected in his strong work ethic, commitment, and life-long dedication to the company.
Arthur will be lovingly remembered by his nephews Chad (Valerie) Caputo, and Kasey Caputo. Chad’s family; Caitlyn and Mitchell (great-niece and great-nephew). Kasey’s family; Anthony (Nicole), Kristopher, Jonathan, and Emily (great-nephews and great-niece) and Sophia (great-great niece). Also, his cousins Verna Richer and Terry DeNittis. He was preceded in death by his parents Teresa and Michael Caputo, brother John Caputo, and cousins Ronald Caputo and Gloria Caputo.
