

Beverly Ann Sager (Fitzsimmons), age 91, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2025 in Shoreline, Washington. As the youngest of four, she was born on September 11, 1933 in Lewiston, Idaho to Delbert and Pearl (Powers) Fitzsimmons who worked a Pomeroy Washington farm. Around 5 years old she moved to Yakima, Washington where she remained until attending Central Washington University where she met and then married on July 10, 1954, her beloved husband of 61 years, Ralph Sager (1932-2017).
Beverly was a beloved wife, dedicated mother, Yakima High School Student Body Vice President and Apple Blossom Princess, volunteer helper in a retirement home, military spouse, Sunday school teacher and superintendent, choir member, bible study fellowship class treasurer, church Elder and Deacon, accomplished seamstress, knitter, crocheter, card maker\designer\teacher and most of all a prayer warrior for any and all she ever knew or met. Her deep, devoted love for Jesus permeated everything she touched, did and said.
She enjoyed and shared her love of the outdoors: hunting, golfing, hiking, camping and seeing God’s beauty in nature, as well as remaining a woman of great integrity and love through her life.
Beverly is lovingly survived by her son Dennis (Kim), daughter Debra (Rich), grandchildren, Josh, Monica (Caleb), Hannah (Ryan), Heather (Max) and great grandchild Aislin, Saoirse, Gemma and Elina.
A celebration of her life and testament of the resurrection will be held at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 18826 3rd Ave NW, Shoreline on June 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
