October 13, 1927 - September 18, 2012
Bonnie was born to Charles and Alice (Storey) McIntyre in Seattle, Washington. She was the youngest of four sisters, Mary Hoskins, Eleanor Anderson and Alice Bayley.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived by seven nieces and nephews: Patty Bass (Hank); Mike Hoskins (Joanne); Judy Billington; Colleen Hoss; Bill Bayley (Tootie); Mary Bayley and John Bayley (Carla) and their families.
Her long career as a legal secretary provided great variety and professional satisfaction. Her most prominent position was as personal secretary to long time King County Prosecutor, Charles O. Carroll.
Bonnie learned to dance early and enjoyed it throughout her life. She danced for the troops throughout World War II and enjoyed tap dancing for exercise and fun late into her life. She also enjoyed ballroom dancing and belonged to a number of dance clubs. She danced several times a week as long as her health allowed.
Her love of animals, and in particular dogs, was renowned among friends and family. Other hobbies included boating and snow skiing.
Aunt Bonnie was always the "go to" person in our family. She taught some to dance, some to ski, some to shop and taught all to love and appreciate family. We love her very much and will miss her wonderful smile.
The family wishes to thank the caring staff of The Hampton Special Care Center in Tumwater, WA for including Bonnie as part of their family.
