

Carl was born May 1, 1964 in Bellingham, WA to parents Richard C. and Judith C. White, formerly of Sumas, WA. He passed away January 24, 2012 in Woodinville, WA at age 47. He lived in Alaska with his family in his early days at Port Wakefield, Port Lions and Seldovia and moved to Seattle in 1972 at age 6. At age 13 the family moved to Woodinville. Carl attended Northshore Junior High school and graduated from Inglemoor High School in 1982.
He worked as a residential electrician in Washington and later in Alaska where he traveled to housing projects in many of the villages and small towns in the interior and the western coast of the state. He also did considerable work on the military installations near Anchorage. Because of health issues, he has been unable to work in recent years.
Carl enjoyed fishing , music, professional and college sports, doing crossword puzzles plus a range of activities.
He is survived by his parents, his sister Carman White, his son Travis White and his former wife Delsie Flanagan, plus loving aunts, an uncle and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother David White and uncles John Romberg, Ralph Romberg and James White.
